Go to TV.Apple.com
At the top of your page, you will see an account icon. Click it and log in with your Apple ID.

Apple TV+ can be canceled on a Mac
Apple TV Plus can be quickly canceled if you are using your Mac as opposed to a mobile device. But the details may be slightly different. Here’s what you need to do.
Step 1 – Go to the Dock menu on macOS Home Screen and choose the AppStore with its triangle icon.
Step 2 – Look to the bottom left of your screen and you will see your Name as well as an icon. Select it. This will allow you to see your app purchases. You can cancel an Apple TV subscription that you have on a gaming console (e.g. PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X), or a third-party streaming device, like the Amazon Fire TV.
Open the Apple TV application and click on Settings at the top-right corner.
